Sell all up keep weapons(ak-47's). Do missions to get money and go to the fight list and attack players that you are going to win money from. How much debt are we talking about? And maybe move your turfs if they are paying protection to other players.

Another one is join a vendetta with someone. Every turf they take out will get you almost a million

And pay off the cops. You may need to drop a buck on respect points, but it will help greatly.Cops take 40% of your income if you are not Capo.

DO NOT tear your turf down if you have no cash to rebuild it. And if have enough cash to place the rest of your turfs, do it.
