I like the fighting element of TW. Like many, I run the list provided via the bottom menu bar. I fight mugs unannounced and unprovoked, just as others pick on me. So, here is my question:

What is the proper maximum number of fight per day with another specific mobster? A punk in TX felt more than once a day is bad form. Another mug in AL claimed four fights per day is acceptable., but no more. Another dude here in AR claims three is the maximum. Is there an accepted max and, if so, what is it? Thanks!

I say 8 every 36 hours. This is the system the game has provided for rewards and it seems fine to me

I haven't used the fight list in a while but I used to do 4-5 per player per day, some players will do 10-12 at once but only every 2-3 days, so it evens out. Fight list is good motivation for mobbing up, when you start winning against guys you used to think were unbeatable = Priceless!

If they are active I do 6-8. I may do it every other day, or I may do 2 days in a row & then skip a day.

I fight everyone I can beat. I stop completely if asked. I figure anyone that is active will either hit back once or ask me to stop.

I kinda figure it's up to you. I hit the guys that give good xp a little more then lay off. It's the game. If somebody asks me to stop I will if they're cool about it. I took my cue from the stronger guys in TX. Got hit 8-10 times by three different players when I showed up on the leaderboard in TX.

I only use the fight list when I want to go in to ER. I don't often attack several times unless I'm short of a few quid for a purchase.

I mainly target th inactives in my area. Let th young crops grow a bit befor istart havesting..

Ther's a little more to it than exactly that.
After 8 fights in a 36 hour period, the gains ($$ and XP) start to dwindle. After 12 fights in a 36 hour period you get nothing.

If you stick to 4-5 fights a day, you will get max reward for your fighting and not exceed the "anti-farming" limitations.

And that seems fair to me.

I also try not to hit anyone under 1,000 mob if they are active. If I'm in a hurry or out of options I don't always follow this.

I'm exactly the same... Hit them until then give me less than 20k then move on.... I don't mind getting hit, as getting hit increases my xp...
