What is it,What purpose does it serve and How do u do it.

The bigger your mob the larger the distance other players can cap you from. This mean that players with say 5k mob can setup on a guy with 20k mob at max range and the 20k mob can't cap back. Then when the 5k's turf matures after 24hours he can jump in a V against the big guy and cap.
