Omertà/Capo Question

So if a player has a capo with a 1inf turf and I plant in the same city/town, put an omertà on my turf, then upgrade, will I immediately take the capo, or would it change hands after the omertà runs out?

If it does happen immediately after I upgrade, will it say "Blamesday took over the capo..." or "Omertà took over the capo.."?

The omerta prevents the capo from being taken.
