Just wondering if it keeps it from being caped as aposed to tearing down to save money and such

1 inf can be capped, but it's much more difficult. The smaller you are, the safer you are when reducing to 1 inf.

Ah ok. So if someone has the same level and mob as me they can still cap my turfs then?

It takes a high inf player to cap a 1inf turf and they have to be close
