So why is it that a piece of Turf can have an Inf of 64 and make 15k, be torn down and imediately rebuilt to same Inf of 64 and make more money?

Not sure, could be because there is not more turf near the same location.

I say not sure, because I don't know if a turf's income is retroactively increased as more turfs are built around it... Fresno doesn't have much action going on in it :(

I would have to say turf income does increase when new turfs are built around it. I had a turf all alone at 8.7k jump to 18.9k after some built next to it.

Nice. That makes sense as you get more income building in more populated areas.
