You will have bunch better results by following these simple steps
1. Don't just send blind invites. If you want the person to accept your vendetta invite send them a message which brings me to...
2. Explain in detail what is going on, why the vendetta, what the other person did to make you want to start a vendetta etc...
3.make sure the person you are inviting is close enough to actually help you.
4. Explain what you want out of the vendetta

Very easy steps to follow. I along with most others will never accept a vendetta invite without this steps.
