  I captured a turf about 2 hours ago. It was just captured from me by a 3rd party. I thought when you caped turf you had to wait 24 hours? What's going on?

  The turf the attack is coming from has to be there for 24 hrs not the one being attacked

  That is correct. A turf has to be 24 hours old before it can be used to capture.
