Save them until you actually need something. I used a whole bunch at first refilling energy so I could lvl up as fast as possible. Fun starts at lvl 30

turf for sure. A good turf limitakes it so you can place turf if you go anywhere. It also increases both your income and survivability. Turf is also the cheapest way to get the most impact on your character. The game was quite frankly designed so that everyone would buy at least a little limit

I did the same, looking back = bad decision my income would have been way higher if I used them for turf

leveling up fast is a bad idea. You get the dons protection at an early level. Also the lower your level the lower the cap limit on you is. It's just better to be patient. Level ups don't tale that long anyways
