I've got 5 Newley acquired armor piercing rounds and I know they are equipped to yourself but what do they do

They increase attack strength by 10%. They are one time use only, and cannot be stacked.

This means you can equip all three slots, but they will only be used one at a time, for on 10% increase on each round. You won't get a 30% increase by equipping all three.
