I've got 3 new turfs nearby in a local town but iam not capo he's got 5 turfs however I got over 300 more influence

I checked it's because he has more influence than u in the city in question. Keep building up turf there and ull take capo

Belial is right. It's based on how much influence you have in each specific town, not your total overall number. He has several maxed turfs in that town - you have three in various stages of upgrade. You will have to continue building turfs there or start capturing to take capo.

O ok I understand now
