64? 84?

Why are some of my turf's at 64 while some are at 84 yet they all have the same upgrades?

Idont see any 84s in your turf list.

Sorry meant 80. I know 84 is the highest which I assume is because I haven't gotten the last upgrade. But my original point is still valid all my turfs have the same upgrades but different influence.

And isn't gambling den only available at level 30. And has 20 influnce...

Yeah. U def have two union bosses. Well. At least for now. U will be targeted soon
