I am capo of a town and have the most influence and I have the most influence in the state(moray) how come someone who has less influence is capo!!!??

It's a glitch in the google maps system when there's no city/town and only the state registers when you plant a turf so they have the most of those kind of turfs they get the capo instead of you

Also it counts the capo by influence in the city not the total influence the player has
