Is attacking people for no reason and capping their turf just for fun a good strategy?

Fake codes definitely don't go down too well, and can, and sometimes more often than not will end in turfs been attacked.
Apologies go a long way.
Just make sure the codes you list are working/current codes you've punched yourself.

Copying and pasting from websites is normally frowned upon.

As far as attacking turfs at random goes, if you're willing, go for it.
But the backlash if you're a lower level could cripple cash flow.

I'm fairly new, and learnt a lot quickly.
Make friends and keep your head down, and concentrate on making money, and punching for the time being personally.

I haven't even considered taking turf yet.
