I have been collecting data from many players lately with the hopes of deciphering exactly which missions are best for getting loot and what your chances of getting each type of loot. We've now run a significant amount of missions now...I believe enough to back up the percentages that we have come up with. I'll try to provide the pertinent data for now...but if anyone wants other data, I'll see what I can do to provide that.

Overall, as most people have already determined, Crack Bank Safe is the best mission to run. The reason is, although you have a greater chance of loot per each energy point spent for the other two missions, the chance to get the rarer items are low to none. Here's the general breakdown for each each mission type...
Crack Bank Safe (over 5000 attempts and over 500 loot found):
% Chance to be Busted by Cops = 9.5%
% Chance of Loot per Mission run = 10.3%
% Chance of Loot per Energy spent = 0.8%Take out Rival (over 500 attempts and over 60 loot found):
% Chance of Loot per Mission run = 11.0%
% Chance of Loot per Energy spent = 1.4%Burglary (over 600 attempts and over 60 loot found):
% Chance of Loot per Mission run = 9.4%
% Chance of Loot per Energy spent = 1.6% -
And now here's the breakdown for Crack a Bank Safe for each particular item based on all the possible loot found for that mission:
Union Boss = 6.1%
Car Bomb = 3.4%
Armor Piercing Ammo = 5.7%
Cement Shoes = 7.3%
Medikit = 13.7%
Canoli = 9.4%
AR-15 = 6.1%
Glock 31 = 9.4%
Sawed-off Shotgun = 5.0%
Riot Shield = 10.5%
Chainsaw = 12.2%
German Stiletto Knife = 2.9%
Brass Knuckles = 8.2% -

Odds are the same each try; the probability varies.
Ex: 11% chance to get loot each mission run. If you succeed, then the type of loot is randomly selected.

That makes sense to me.
I've got 3 UBs so far, and a motherf**king sh**load of medkits.
And I'm doing fairly decently on ARs, but so far, only 2 each on car bombs and cement shoes.
And I can only dream of canolli.

Experience-wise, when you master the first mission, ironically it's the most efficient in exp:energy ratio.

% Chance of Loot per Energy spent = 0.81%Union Boss = 5.0%

Armor Piercing Ammo = 4.0%
Cement Shoes = 10.4%
Medikit = 12.0%
Canoli = 9.8%
AR-15 = 4.7%
Glock 31 = 9.7%
Sawed-off Shotgun = 4.7%
Riot Shield = 10.5%

German Stiletto Knife = 3.8%

The last post is all the data collected before Police Maps were released. I am going to begin new data collection with Police Maps included.
