I don't understand what "owner + turf power" means. Does this mean that when a lookout is equipped, it would be advantageous to also buy the other defensive upgrades which are normally worthless?

Honestly I'm not sure, but I think that's what it means. Any time I've used lookouts I went ahead and bought all the other defensive upgrades as well.

Thanks Mickey but does anyone know for sure? I even pm'd Mystery and she basically told me the exact same thing. "I think so but I'm not sure"

I doubt it really matters either way. All of the defensive upgrades add up to 124, so the added 10% would only be about 12 extra defence

The way I understand it this is correct, which makes it basically worthless still to buy the def upgrades. Just my opinion
