Have the most influence in a town or city. Influence is gained through building/capping turf and upgrading them. You can go to the top mobster section and check your city. Hope this helps. ✌👍✌

No. To be capo you need more influence then any other single player in your town/city. People overlap turf to gain protection money from the smaller rival turf.

Oh I see what you mean, but to take over turfs I need to build turf by others right?

You'll most always want to build right on top of other turfs. Eveeyones income will go up

To take over turf you need a turf near the rival turf. It doesn't have to be on top of it. If you want protection money and the rival turf is below 84inf then build close so your circle overlaps the other by half and upgrade your turf to the max! Happy capping!!!
