So this guy attacked my turf tillit was down to 0 Heath when I heal it I can only get to 79 percent and have lost 7 influence I have plenty of money but I can't heal it anymore, it says I healed it max! What's up?

It will only allow you to heal your turf up to a certain amount, not fully, it will heal itself now but it will take a hour I guess.

From my observations, it takes 15-20 minutes per health point to heal turf.
