100 turf influence?

I've seen some with 100 rather than 84. How come?

Union bosses up your turf's influence to 100.

They are obtained through the loot missions and can be equipt to turf, they can also be capped if you cap a 100 influence turf and you can equip them to a different turf. If you need anymore help pm me

If I have 100inf next to a 84 from someone else would I receive protection from the 84 turf?
