So, I have searched the posts 10 pages back and can't find these answers.
1: If I use a bomb on a guy, can he tell who hit him? If not, I will PM the douche to let him know who hit him.
2: how much damage will it do to his turf that has a union boss?
3: will it damage other players turfs that are near the douches turf that I hit? I would hate to effect collateral damage on other players.

1)it sometimes tells thin but not always. It seems to be random on if they get to know or not.
2) damge is also random and seems to range from taking the turf to zero and only 13 damage. It also destroys between about two and 7 turf upgrades permanantly maybe even tge union boss but this also seems to be random.
3) it doesn't do anything to any nearby turfs only the one hit

how do you get a car bomb? is it just one of the rare loot items?

Can it destroy turf outright - have heard rumours that a bomb can?

This one didn't, but maybe if you used a couple it could. One was just used on me, and no real damage. Actually kind of impotent and pathetic.

I used a car bomb and it only did 13 damage and destroyed only 2 upgrades.

As far as I know, you cannot completely destroy a turf, no matter how many car bombs you use. They only destroy upgrades, not the turf itself. So you may take it down to 0 health & only 1 inf (once it's healed) but it will still exist.
