Car bomb help in capping turf?

Would using a car bomb on a turf help to capture the turf from someone with a significantly larger mob? Thanks, and I apologize if this has been answered already.

No, because while you would definitely damage it, you wouldnt fully take it out, and you still wouldn't be able to win a fight against the person.
