I was fighting a player with way less powerful stuff (he had 1200 ak47, but 500 mob) and I could not beat him, I had heaps mor armour too.

No it's that he has good defence weapons. With him having full body armor it's gonna take you about 1/3 more mob to beat him

He has 160 mini gun, I have double that? He can't use all the ak's either. Just confused . I also have 90 rpg, he has one. Unless, if he attacks me he can't win, that would make sense

We haven't deployed any changes to the combat system in about a month - check your mob and weapon usage.
