I noticed that a lot of the posts on here are old so I'm offering help to anyone who may need it. I live in a small town and not many people have turf there so you notice when someone makes a new turf. anyway, about 2 weeks ago I noticed a new turf(only had 1 influence) so I decided to check out the user, turns out that was his only turf ad it stayed like that to this day. I messaged him/her offering help to get established an figure others may need help too so that's why I'm posting this.

It's sad to see someone build one turf, never to open the app again. Turf Wars can seem a bit overwhelming at first. I hope you do help some noobs stick around long enough to enjoy the game.

I'm fairly new here (<1 week) and I could use some advice. I live out in the middle of a small town. There are people in the area and more in the next town over. I've been building up my turf quite a bit but don't seem to be making much income. Will my turf become more or less valuable as I grow in the area? Or do I need to wait for more people before I increase in value?

Could you also explain the term "turf hopping" I see it referenced by people but I can't seem to get a definition for it

Build a line of turf until you get to your desired destination.

Your turf income will increase as you buy upgrades for them.

Turf generally makes more when placed in areas with many different players, 10 players or more in an area will give you max returns on your turf.
