Do you have defensive upgrades to you turf? Those eat money.
Did you have police protection that expired? That cuts your income.
Are you paying protection to other players? That also takes away your income.
Did you buy a bunch of weapons and armor with high upkeep costs?

You'll probably have to sell stuff off to earn money back, or pay don points for police protection. Do the highest-earning missions that you can. You can earn money by winning fights too.

No I don't have d upgrades, tried em once and they drove me into a hole and besides he has over twice the mob I do and is about 30 lvls higher with one rpg/minigun per mob so I don't think they'll help much
it did expire but I just renewed it no change
well I don't have much turf left but all of my turf is at 84 except one which I think I might have lost...
And I have one body armor, rpg, and minigun per mob which I'm reluctant to give up because it took a long time to build up my arsenal and alot of money

This is where the rock and a hard place thing comes out =.{

Well, you can do all that and get no where or add more mob.

You could add 500 mob in a couple of days if you wanted and start taking his turfs instead.

At this point you need to start over. If you can't afford your weapons and you are looking at negative income and a vindictive opponent, tear down all of your turf, sell all weapons, buy grenades and Kevlar, and rebuild elsewhere.

Your other option is going completely broke with no money to rebuild your new location.

Start over now or start over later with less money.

Well I'm gonna try for more mob but aren't they useless if I can't arm them, and also when you reset doesn't the money reset to?

That totally sucks. Sorry to hear you had to reset. I know this is a game of capture, but to completely wreck the game for someone for no good reason just isn't sporting. I'd avenge you if you weren't too far away!
