Hello I've been playing this game for a month now and for the first time today I got news that a car bomb exploded outside my turf yet my turf got damaged... What's all this cat bomb business ? How does it work? Do you buy it?

Hi I have been playing for about 4 1/2 weeks myself... I have a question on Car bombs as well....

When a turf is damaged by a car bomb can that damaged turf still then be captured?
