Yes, when you cap a turf, it counts against the number of turfs you can build, but when capping, you can go over that number, but will have to use don points, or level up to bring your allowed turfs number up before you can drop your own again.

How do the top players have so many don points? Do they actually spend real money on them or is it easier to earn them at higher levels?
