How do you leapfrog...be specific please

You will need at least two free turf slots for this, once ready build a starting turf to 64 in the direction you want to hop to. Then ad another turf in the same direction, building it at the far end ofthe gree circle. If you only had two free slots, now tear down the first Hop turf, and repeat the process. Build at the far end of the green circle, tear the first one down, over and over. If you have several free turf slots it goes by faster, as you can buil several in a row, then tear down several in a row. I used to build to 84, but the area gain you get from the little extra an 84 inf over a 64 inf doesnt seem worth an extra 750k loss to me. (you only get back half the 1.5 mil for the last upgrade).
