What does it do?

Increases your total limit of turf by one, in case you want/need more turf. Also the number of points it costs goes up by one every 2 times you use it.

So let's say the price is now 15 RP, in 24 hrs. Does it go back to 12 or 14?

Yes but if u r over yr turf limit like say u have 130/125 u would have to buy 6 for yr turf limit to guy up

It will return to 12 24 hours after your last use.
