Can you build turf outside of your green zone or do you have to stay close to your location? Thanks.

You must build in a green zone, however each of your turf has it's own zone as well, allowing you to 'turf hop' further away without physically moving

How do you bring up the turf zones from your other turfs?

When you hit + to lay new turf the green zones will appear indicating where you can build.
