If I were you, I would move my turf to collect $ from all the sub84 turfs around you, if they're inactive players build all over them. Soon you won't have to worry about money.

I have to agree with Rex. You could Also concentrate on mob and buy loads of granades as they have the best stats for 'no upkeep' weapons.
