When i buy a weapon with 24 attackpoints (with upkeep) or i buy 24 weapons with 1 attackpoints (without upkeep) is this the same in strength?

The former. Each mob member to be equipped with 1 weapon & armor each... Look at market top, u will see yr total attk & def.
