Ive got a spare 5ver in my bank, im thinkin of buying some don points... Coz i only have a 5ver should i get the 2.99 (150 points) package and 1.79 (50 points)? If soo.. Should i just spend them on turf upgrades? Thats 16 new turfs?

Yes you should spend it on turf upgrades. Then you have higher income so you can afford more guns. More guns is good.
