Whats the different colors that members names are in and what do they mean?

I think it's like this:

Black-Member of the vendetta.

Yellow-Invited to the vendetta but hasn't accepted/declined.

Gray-Invited to the vendetta but declined.

That may not be completely right but that's how I understood it.
