Cap Limit?

Can someone explain to me what the cap limit is?

Basically it is a limit to how many turfs u can cap in a day from one player. It is so someone won't have all their turf capped quickly. The limit is based on a very complicated formula that only nick knows. It has something to do with influence, mob and number of turfs i think
