Is it better to create new turfs all in one general area, or once you travel to different places? If I establish too many turfs in one area, wouldn't it be bad once they eventually overlap?

Overlapping turf are easy to tax. All your turf in one area are easier to capture.

Spread them out a bit, but if your mob isn't too big not too far where you can't check on them easily

Got it. That's what I thought. My first 5 I placed within the same area. But for 6-8, I'm going to try and space them out.
