2.Wait a very long time for lapuas.

You can buy 2000 lapuas and still have 300m left. Lapuas for sure.

Did you look at my mob before posting? I would want fully equipped, because this would add next to nothing.

Wait for the lapuas...if you bought miniguns now, you'd have to wait even longer to fully equip with the snipers

Fully equip nonupkeep first, after that only you can decide, are you at war? Do you need these extra stats or do you need income more? If I'm not at battle I will always sell off all my upkeep. Do the math, find out the turn around times.

I agree with MAYHEM. Fully equip with little to no upkeep weapons. With your size mob you need quantity. Then see what you can afford to spend on high upkeep weapons while balancing income.
