Many people will tell you that mob is the most important part of this game. They are wrong, you can have 30k mob but if only have 30 stamina, your nice mob is pretty much useless without the ability to do damage to anyone.
Nice mob and low stam = laughable.
Huge mob and lots of stam = fucking scary
Medium mob and lots of stam = good for a vendetta
Small mob and lots of stam = can be good for a Vendetta if you're big enough not to be effected by the 20/20 rule and a bunch of other things I don't feel like going into.
What I'm getting at is, buy stamina, not energy. Godfather is nice but its not really all that prestigious if you got it by running missions all the time.

It's up to the people personally. And I get a lot of exp from fighting. I go to top mobsters and random towns and fight people I can consistently best but barely. I get 4-6 every time. A lot of exp

Well what's 250 stam to a 5k mobster getting capped? I think mob is more important than stam for defense. I agree with you points on offense though.

If the 5k mobster makes friends, or joins a good alliance he wouldn't have to worry much about being capped all the time.

Sorry but u peoria are forgetting 1 major point here. Mob is nothing without arming them. 40k mob with no weapons is 0k mob. Like myself I can't afford upkeep weapons I'm half my mob fully armed. That's only 20k- from 40k. So let's remember that there are so many important factors to have a stellar profile. No 1 thing will get the job done.
In my opinion these are what you need to be concerned about:
1) social skills (getting along)
2) mob
3) turf /$$$
4) stats
