I am the capo of Minneapolis. I have someone that has come in and immediately took over this guys turfs until he quit. I pm-ed him asking him to leave some turfs in the area cause it boosts everyones income. Now I have someone in st Paul crying to me cause he went over and took almost all of this st pauls turf. I once again messaged the guy asking if he would stop picking on ppl to the point that they quit. He has not responded and I'm wondering if I should step in or not. What do you guys think? Retaliation? Take everything but three from him like he did to someone else?
