If I'm attacking a turf and losing, can I still cap it?

yeah. Provided you meet all the other qualifications. There's a checklist at the bottom of the turfs screen that tells you what qualifications you meet

Question! It said that I could cap this turf but now that it's down to zero it says something about 10% influnce and now I cant cap it
