You have to be level 25 to start one or join one.you create one by going to your profile and then go to your vendettas.click create vendetta.go to someones profile and their vendettas to target or invite them.if you target someone they will know.then once you have sm people joined attack the persons turf or them and you and the other people basically combine together and attack together.unless someones got no stamina or low health or in er
