No more free respect points

Hi all,
For two weeks I cant get the daily free five respect points anymore. It just worked on two days.
TW told me, that they use a third party program to distribute the free respect points and for this they don't know when the points are available.
First I got the message that no free points are available in my area. Now I can wacht an ebay movie which doesn't work. It stops after a few seconds.
Does anybody hat the same ore similar problems?
Restarting the game or deleting and reinstalling the app doesn't work.

I have the problem... Had the problem... Where certain ads would stop just before the end, and then leave me without the points. I make a point of writing down the name of the advertiser and let them know --usually in 3 days that ad will run through.
As for not having ads avail to watch... You don't fit the demographic of the advertisers paying for ad time.

I do know that the last time I click a download on an ad I didn't get the free points afterwards, but started to get more ads with similar games. I haven't had a no-ad day in 2 months.

I'm having problems downloading and installing an app from the free respect point, would much rather they keep the videos instead...

It doesn't work for me either, It worked only by the video's I watched but now I need to download several apps and that's not working.
