I've noticed that some players who have say 5k mob will have 5k lapua's and 5k tommy's is there a reason for this? as i thought only one attacking weapon could be used per mob member

Yes but tommies have a higher attack so when you attack you use the tommies. But lapuas have a higher defense. So when you are attacked you'll use the lapua

I wanted to add the same hold true for grenades and galessis. I recomend a grenade galessi vest combo for lower level players. Upgrade from vests to armor first then go from there. Also the minis and RPGs are good if you want a full combo but don't want to pay the upkeep of the best weapons

I thout a henchmen can have more than 1 it said it must have al least 1 to be affective

Yup, for each mob member you get one weapon AND one type of armor (Kevlar or body armor). It adds to your atk and def.

I've got a combo of minis and armours.
