Know any taxing zones that are relatively safe for smaller players? I am looking to make some more 💰. I am willing to hop a good distance.

Ive looked around for several miles but I couldn't find any. Or the ones there where had so many bigger players it's unlikely I would last vey long there. I need a nice little safe zone where I could tax and not have to worry about bigger players just capping me.
