No. You can't even have multiple accounts on different iPods if it is advantageous to you.

What is there to expand on? As long as your extra account doesn't help you in any way, it's ok. If you use your extra account to gain extra turf or join your vendetta, etc, it's not ok.

actually self capping is no longer a bannable offense. That's what resistance is for. It was decided by Nick that it was better to have ingame preventatives than make it a rule.

@Pete as far as I know using multiple accts in one v is the biggest no no. But I wouldn't target the same player with miltiple accts either. If I were you I'd stay away from muliple accts. Other players in this game tend not to take kindly to it even when it's not directly against the rules.

Really? I definitely Missed that one. Too bad My turf are nowhere near where I live, gf just got an iPhone. ;)

I'm going to Denmark soon and was gonna cap a few empty towns. Put turf from 2 accounts side by side to increase income is a bad idea?

I'd lay somewhere with players in numerous places. Maybe a few places out of town.
