I recently increased my turf limit for 12 don points....now, I cannot get anymore turf..why?

You need to be more specific. Do you have enough Don pts? The first 2 turfs slots from the Don are 12 pts ea then the next 2 are 13 pts etc. If you have the pts you should be able to get the turf slots.
