If ICM works in safe mode w/ networking?

Yea, safe mode has nothing to do with ICM. As long as you have networking you're good

Ok, web pages all save the same? If I check boxes, they will stay checked?

I believe checked codes are all saved in their system under your profile, so you should be fine.
