Can you get banned for using a mule? Or are the anti-mule handicaps the only consequences for doing it?

Anti mule hadycap called resistance, it occurs if you took a large portion of your turf from a single player. It reduces income on all of them

Read the TOS. You can get banned for using a mule (a mule being different from simply having a second account.)

Hmmm doesn't really set out clearly what I can and cannot do. If I'm moving to an empty area can I place down turfs with my two accounts to increase the property values? I'm not going to be capping turf from my second account just using it to increase property values

That's great but I just legitimately wiped some competition off of my towns map and now all of my properties are worth garbage.
