Does capping someones turf count toward your turf limit? For example if my turf limit is 50/50, can I cap someones turf or do I need to pay the don to increase my turf limit first?

Mo but you won't be able to build anymore turfs until your limit exceeds how many turfs you have in total. So if you made the cap your limit would show 51/50 so you'd need to buy two turfs from the don to be able to build again

My turf reads 35/25 as I have captured 10. Do I lose these for good if I tear them down. I would really like to relocate them

If you tear them down you will lose them for good since your turf limit is only 25. If you want to be able to build more without losing them you will need to increase your turf limit by 11. You can do this by using don points.
