How come I'm getting busted?

I have neutral status and paid for protection in every area I have turfs. How come I'm still getting busted doing missions? If protection is not for that then what is it for?

You need to get the global police protection from the don to ensure no busts. Being capo or paying for protection only makes it that youndont pay the police protection.
