Don't sweat it if it's only one.

If it occurs again POLITELY ask them to stop.

If it still keeps happening you can:
-Leave the area (if possible)
-P.M. some big players who are respected and see what they can do
-Start a vendetta: There have to be SOME reasonable players within 1,000 miles. Note: only use the vendetta for defense so that only a minimal grudge will be held.

Some players expand turf by capture while others buy Don Points to increase their limit. The capturers need to cap in order to support their mobs and one or two is nothing personal. If more than that is often just an oversight and a request to stop will work. Excessive capping often backfires in the longer run - either victims mob up and take revenge or larger cappers use it as excuse to move in on the smaller one.

Don't do anything unless someone takes more than 50% of your turf after someone takes the first ask the nicely to stop if they don't and they take 50% more talk to some people and only use the V for defense

I would tear down any turf you have around him and relocate.
Ask him nicely if there is anything you can do to halt the attacks.

Seek support from local mobsters or capos in surrounding cities to possibly talk to him.

You get a news notification when you gain a capo title for an area. It sounds like he wanted an apology or at very least a request to take the capo. This is a respectful and diplomatic gesture, when you intend or accidentally take a capo, that is mostly lost on newer and younger players who lack the foresight to read and learn about TW.

If you want to PM them just ask if it was business or personal. You can ask if they capped you for a reason. Most players don't see this as whining. Maybe you were taxing his turf and he didn't like it. But whatever you do don't come off with an attitude.

"Minimal grudge"? A player simply carbombed my turf awhile back...I'm currently constructing his reset. People don't have "minimal grudges". 😉
